Snabbgravad lax (Quick Gravlax)

  • 300 g (10 oz) Salmon (sliced)
  • 1/2 tsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp dill (chopped)
  • 1 tsp olive oil

Lay salmon on the plate, sprinkle over the other ingredients, leave it for 5-10 minutes.
