Baked Cheesecake

  • 200 g (7 oz) cream cheese (in room temperature)
  • 60 g (2 oz) sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 ml (5 fl oz) whipping cream

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 25 g (0.88 oz) flour (sifted)
  • 2 tbsp apricot jam
  • 70 g (2.5 oz) graham crackers, 15 g (0.5 oz) nuts (almonds or walnuts) and 30 g (1 oz) butter if you want crust
  1. Pre-heat oven (180 °C / 356 °F).
  2. Put oven paper on a form (20 cm / 8 in).
  3. If you want to put crust, mix graham crackers, nuts and butter and spread it in bottom of the form.
  4. Mix cream cheese and sugar with spoon carefully.
  5. Add eggs and continue mixing with whipper.
  6. Add whipping cream and whip for a minute.
  7. Add flour and mix gently with spatula and put it in the form.
  8. Bake it in oven for 35 minutes.
  9. Put it out from the oven, spread apricot jam and leave until it gets colder.
