Cheesecake

  • 50 g (1.7 oz) graham clackers (crushed)
  • 25 g (0.9 oz) butter
  • 100 g (3.5 oz) cream cheese
  • 100 g (3.5 oz) yogurt
  • 100 ml (3.3 ml) whipping cream
  • 60 g (2 oz) sugar

  • Juice from ½ lemon
  • * 4 g (0.14 oz) powder gelatin + 20 ml (0.7 fl oz) water
  • A couple drops of Vanilla essence (If you don’t have it, switch ¼ sugar to vanilla sugar)
  • ** 1 g (0.03 oz) powder gelatin + 5 ml (0.17 fl oz) water
  • 100 ml (3.3 fl oz) fruit juice (recommended passion fruit, mango, cassis, cranberry or blueberry)
