- 50 g (1.7 oz) graham clackers (crushed)
- 25 g (0.9 oz) butter
- 100 g (3.5 oz) cream cheese
- 100 g (3.5 oz) yogurt
- 100 ml (3.3 ml) whipping cream
- 60 g (2 oz) sugar
- Juice from ½ lemon
- * 4 g (0.14 oz) powder gelatin + 20 ml (0.7 fl oz) water
- A couple drops of Vanilla essence (If you don’t have it, switch ¼ sugar to vanilla sugar)
- ** 1 g (0.03 oz) powder gelatin + 5 ml (0.17 fl oz) water
- 100 ml (3.3 fl oz) fruit juice (recommended passion fruit, mango, cassis, cranberry or blueberry)
- 1. Leave cream cheese in room temperature. In the meanwhile measure all other ingredients.
- 2. Warm butter for 30 seconds and mix with clackers. Spread it on the bottom of the form.
- 3. Mix *gelatin and water and leave.
- 4. Mix sugar and cream cheese. Then add vanilla essence and lemon juice.
- 5. Add yogurt and whip.
- 6. Add fresh cream and whip. Melt #3 with microwave totaly and add it.
- 7. put it in the form and leave it in refrigerator for a couple of hours.
- 8. Mix **gelatin and water and leave for a while and warm it with microwave. Melt well but do not boil. Add to juice carefully and spread to #7 and leave it in refrigerator for a couple of hours.
- This form is 6dl, about 5-6 portions.
