Crêpe

Crêpe

  • 150 g (5 oz) flour (Shifted with baking powder)
  • 0.5 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 eggs

  • 1.5 tbsp butter (melted)
  • 400 ml (13 fl oz) milk
  1. Mix sugar and eggs.
  2. Add milk and mix.
  3. Add mixture of flour and baking powder in 2-3 times.
  4. Add butter and mix, better to keep in refrigerator for a while.
  5. Warm a frying pan in middle temprature, put oil or butter just a bit and spread only for the first round.
  6. Spread about 1/4 cup of the mixture and steak both sides.
  7. Very nice with Chocolate Syrup.
