- 1-2 tomatoes (chopped)
- 1/4 – 1/2 small onion (chopped)
- 1/8 – 1/4 lime juice
- 1/2 – 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1-2 tsp fresh coriander or parsley (chopped)
- Some chopped green chili or green paprika (chopped)
- (Garlic powder, tomato paste, lime peel, if you want more flavour)
Mix all of the ingredients. Great for Doritos, potato chips, Tacos and steaked meat.
