- 500 g (1 lb) minced beef
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 1 pack of dough for Empanadas
- 3 boiled eggs (chopped)
- Spices (salt, black pepper, ground cumin, paprika powder, habanero if you want extra spicy)
- 1 egg (raw, beaten)
- Optional: green chopped olives, raisins
- 1. This time I used ready dough.
- 2. Stir fry onion
- 3. Add minced meat. When it become cooked, add spices.
- 4. Add boiled eggs. You can add 1-2 optional stuffs.
- 5. Moisten edges of the dough with water and put about 2 tbsp of filling.
- 6. Close the dough by fork. There are different ways to wrapp as well.
- 7. Spread beaten egg.
- 8. Put it in the middle of the oven at 200 °C (400 °F) for 20 minutes.
- 9. Done!
