• 500 g (1 lb) minced beef
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 1 pack of dough for Empanadas
  • 3 boiled eggs (chopped)

  • Spices (salt, black pepper, ground cumin, paprika powder, habanero if you want extra spicy)
  • 1 egg (raw, beaten)
  • Optional: green chopped olives, raisins
