- 400 g (14 oz) fillet of white fish (Pollok, cod, snapper, bas)
- 1 paprika (diced)
- ½ leek (chopped)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Salt & pepper
- Herbs (basil, dill which you want)
- 1. Put salt & pepper on fish and lay it on aluminum foil.
- 2. Put vegetable, herbs and lemon juice on the fish.
- 3. Cover it by foil and grill in the oven at 200 °C (400 °F) for 30 minutes
