Juicy Apple Cake

  • 2 small apples (cut in pieces)
  • 100 g (3.5 oz) sugar
  • 100 g (3.5 oz) four
  • 100 g (3.5 oz) butter (in room temprature)

  • 1.5 tsp baking powder
  • 1-2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tbsp raisins
  • 1-2 tbsp rum
    1. Mix apples and 1/3 sugar.
    2. Mix raisns and rum.
    3. Mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon and sift a couple of times.
    4. Preheat oven (180 °C / 356 °F).
    5. Mix sugar and butter until white.
    6. Add egg and whip.
    7. Add apple and raisin and mix.
    8. Add four mixture and mix with spatula.
    9. Put it in oven for 25-30 minutes.
