- 2 small apples (cut in pieces)
- 100 g (3.5 oz) sugar
- 100 g (3.5 oz) four
- 100 g (3.5 oz) butter (in room temprature)
- Mix apples and 1/3 sugar.
- Mix raisns and rum.
- Mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon and sift a couple of times.
- Preheat oven (180 °C / 356 °F).
- Mix sugar and butter until white.
- Add egg and whip.
- Add apple and raisin and mix.
- Add four mixture and mix with spatula.
- Put it in oven for 25-30 minutes.
