Larb (Thai Minced Meat Salad)

  • 500 g (1 lb) minced meat (chicken or pork)
  • 1 red onion (sliced)
  • 3 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1-2 tbsp rice

  • 1-2 tbsp water
  • 3 tbsp lime or lemon juice
  • 1-2 red chili pepper (sliced)
  • Mint for garnish
  1. Roast the rice by frying pan until golden color.
  2. Crush the rice in a mixer.
  3. Put water in a frying pan and heat.
  4. When the water boil, add minced meat until cooked.
  5. Add fish sauce, lime/lemon juice, chili pepper, roasted rice and red onion.
