- 500 g (1 lb) minced meat (chicken or pork)
- 1 red onion (sliced)
- 3 tbsp fish sauce
- 1-2 tbsp rice
- 1-2 tbsp water
- 3 tbsp lime or lemon juice
- 1-2 red chili pepper (sliced)
- Mint for garnish
- Roast the rice by frying pan until golden color.
- Crush the rice in a mixer.
- Put water in a frying pan and heat.
- When the water boil, add minced meat until cooked.
- Add fish sauce, lime/lemon juice, chili pepper, roasted rice and red onion.
