- 250 g (9 oz) fresh pasta
- 6 dried tomato
- 2-3 tbsp pesto genovese or rucola pesto
- 70 g (2.5 oz) baby spinach
- 2 tbsp boiled water
- 10 olives
- Salt and pepper
- Slice dried tomatoes and put them in boiled water.
- Boil pasta.
- Drain the pasta and mix with pesto and tomato.
- Add spinach, olives, salt and pepper
