Ricotta & Spinach Lasagna

  • 1 tsp butter
  • 250 g (9 oz) ricotta
  • Lasagna noodles
  • 400 g (14 oz) frozen spinach (unfrozen in room temprature)

  • 250 g (9 oz) tomato sauce or chopped tomato
  • 1 dl (3 fl oz) grated cheese
  1. Pre-heat oven in 200 °C (400 °F).
  2. Spread butter on a form.
  3. Put 1/2 ricotta, lasagna, 1/2 spinach, lasagna, tomato sauce, lasagna.
  4. Repeat the layer and sprinkle cheese on the top.
  5. Put it in oven for 30 minutes.
