Roast Beef


  • 1/2 kg (1 lb) beef (In room temperature)
  • Salt & black pepper
  • 1 tsp oil or butter

  1. Preheat oven in 125 °C (257 °F).
  2. Put salt and pepper on the beef.
  3. Preheat frying pan in high heat, add oil/butter and fry the beef only surface.
  4. Roast the beef in oven until inside beef is 60 °C (140°F).
  5. Put the beef out from oven, cover it with aluminium foil and leave it for 10-15 minutes.
