Roast Beef
- 1/2 kg (1 lb) beef (In room temperature)
- Salt & black pepper
- 1 tsp oil or butter
- Preheat oven in 125 °C (257 °F).
- Put salt and pepper on the beef.
- Preheat frying pan in high heat, add oil/butter and fry the beef only surface.
- Roast the beef in oven until inside beef is 60 °C (140°F).
- Put the beef out from oven, cover it with aluminium foil and leave it for 10-15 minutes.
