Roasted Chicken


  • 1 Whole chicken
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1-2 tbsp white wine
  • 1-2 cloves garlic (shred)

  • 2 tsp paprika powder
  • Your favorite Herbs (black pepper, oregano, basil, thyme etc)
  • 1-2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1-2 tbsp olive oil
  • Vegetable if you want (potatoes, mushroom, carrots… Cut in pieces and coat by melted butter or olive oil)
  1. Put some wholes on the chicken here and there by folk.
  2. Spread honey and wine, massage a little, leave it for 10 minutes.
  3. Add garlic, paprika powder, herbs, soy sauce and massage.
  4. Spread olive oil and marinate it for one hour.
  5. Start oven in 220 °C (428 °F).
  6. Put the chicken and vegetable in oven.
  7. Check it from time to time. If some parts starts to burn, cover the part by aluminium foil. It will be ready in 60-90 minutes.

This is great with Jolokia sauce.
