- 1 Whole chicken
- 1 tsp honey
- 1-2 tbsp white wine
- 1-2 cloves garlic (shred)
- 2 tsp paprika powder
- Your favorite Herbs (black pepper, oregano, basil, thyme etc)
- 1-2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1-2 tbsp olive oil
- Vegetable if you want (potatoes, mushroom, carrots… Cut in pieces and coat by melted butter or olive oil)
- Put some wholes on the chicken here and there by folk.
- Spread honey and wine, massage a little, leave it for 10 minutes.
- Add garlic, paprika powder, herbs, soy sauce and massage.
- Spread olive oil and marinate it for one hour.
- Start oven in 220 °C (428 °F).
- Put the chicken and vegetable in oven.
- Check it from time to time. If some parts starts to burn, cover the part by aluminium foil. It will be ready in 60-90 minutes.
This is great with Jolokia sauce.
