Sauteed Eringi Mushroom
- 2 Eringi mushrooms (slice)
- 1 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
- 1-2 tsp soy sauce
- Black peppar
- 1 tbsp butter or olive oil
- Parsley (finely chopped)
- Warm frying pan.
- Put butter or olive oil.
- Add garlic and fry 1-2 minutes.
- Add eringi mushrooms and continue frying for 2-3 minutes.
- Add black pepper and soy sauce, move to a plate, sprinkle parsley on the top.
