Sauteed Eringi Mushroom


  • 2 Eringi mushrooms (slice)
  • 1 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
  • 1-2 tsp soy sauce
  • Black peppar

  • 1 tbsp butter or olive oil
  • Parsley (finely chopped)
  1. Warm frying pan.
  2. Put butter or olive oil.
  3. Add garlic and fry 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add eringi mushrooms and continue frying for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add black pepper and soy sauce, move to a plate, sprinkle parsley on the top.
