- 500 g (1 lb) minced beef
- spices/herbs (salt, black pepper, chili, curry, thyme, oregano whatever you like)
- 1-2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp red wine
- Some drops of sesame oil (optional)
-
-
Mix the meat and spices/herbs.
-
-
Start heating a frying pan. In the mean time, form the meat into a quare, 2-3 cm (1 in) thick, and it in 2-3 cm (1 in) squares.
-
-
Fry the meat. If the pan is Teflon-coated, you do not have to put any oil.
-
-
After 2 minutes turn the meat. After a few minutes, add wine and soy sauce. After few more minutes, add Balsamic vinegar or sesame oil.
-
-
Done! Perfect for rice. If you use Balsamic vinegar instead of sesame oil, it is nice to eat with bread.
Instead of boiling with wine&Soy sauce, you can just dip in cream fresh, Guacamole or salsa. Very easy to customize to your own taste!
