Salmon Yukhoe (Tartar Steak Korean Style)

  • 150 g (5 oz) salmon (chopped)
  • 1-2 tbsp pine nuts
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tbsp sesame
  • * 1 tsp Gochujang or 1/2 chili powder
  • * 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • * 1 tsp sugar
  • * 1 tsp sesame oil
  • * 1 tsp ginger (grated)
  • * 1 tsp garlic(grated)
  • Vegetable (cucumber, leek, Daikon-radish, ruccola etc)
