- 150 g (5 oz) salmon (chopped)
- 1-2 tbsp pine nuts
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tbsp sesame
- * 1 tsp Gochujang or 1/2 chili powder
- * 1 tbsp soy sauce
- * 1 tsp sugar
- * 1 tsp sesame oil
- * 1 tsp ginger (grated)
- * 1 tsp garlic(grated)
- Vegetable (cucumber, leek, Daikon-radish, ruccola etc)
- 1. Roast pine nuts in frying pan
- 2. Roast sesame in frying pan as well
- 3. Mix *
- 4. Add 2/3 of sesame
- 5. Add salmon and leave untill serving.
- 6. Put vegetable on the plate, #5, egg yolk. Sprinkle pine nuts, sesame.
- If you add egg yolk to #4, it will be spicy sauce for Sashimi.
