This is not a recipe but how to plant. Winter Cress (Barbarea) is very nice for sandwich and salad.

- Put a layer of wet cotton in a plastic box. Put the seeds and leave it under the sunlight,

- Every morning spray some water. After 1-2 days some leaves will come out.

- After 3-4 days. Don’t forget to give water!

- You can eat in 5-7 days!
