Shake no Miso-zuke Yaki (鮭の味噌漬け焼き Grilled Miso-marinated Salmon)

  • 500 g (1 lb) Salmon (sliced in 3 cm / 1 in)
  • 25 g (0.8 oz) salt
  • 2-3 tbs Miso
  • 2-3 tbs Sake
  • (1 tbsp honey or sugar, 1 tbsp grated ginger if you want)
