Nan without oven

  • 25 g (0.9 oz) of yeast
  • 3 dl (10 fl oz) of mineral
    water
  • 1 table spoon of oil
  • 1 tea spoon of salt
  • 1 tea spoon of
    bicarbonate
  • 7-8 dl (24 fl oz) of flour
  • A bit turmeric if you want
