Sushi (寿司)

  • 2 cups Japanese rice or round rice
  • 2 cups of water to soak
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • Wasabi and Gari (pickled ginger)
  • Nori (roasted seaweed)
  • Toppings (salmon, tuna, roe, avocado, Tamago-yaki (Japanese omelet), cucumber, paprika, Philadelphia cheese , crab sticks etc
