- 3 eggs
- 1 & 1/2 tbsp Dashi (Japanese bouillon) or vegetable bouillon
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp salad oil
- Warm a pan and wipe with cotton soaked by oil. In Japan we use rectangle pan.
- Mix egg, bouillon, soy source, sugar. Put a scoop of it
- Roll it. Wipe the rest of part of the pan with the cotton with oil.
- Move it to the other side and wipe the rest of pan
- Put a scoop of egg and roll. Do it a couple of times
- Done! You can cut and eat or make Sushi
