Lasagna with Smoked Salmon and Spinach

  • Lasagna noodles
  • 400-500 g (14-17 oz) frozen spinach
  • 200 g (7 oz) smoked salmon (sliced)
  • 1 liter milk
  • 3-4 tbsp flour
  • 50 g (1.7 oz) butter
  • 1-2 dl (4-6 fl oz) grated cheese
  • Salt and pepper

If you use fresh lasagna noodles, use milk less.
