- Lasagna noodles
- 400-500 g (14-17 oz) frozen spinach
- 200 g (7 oz) smoked salmon (sliced)
- 1 liter milk
- 3-4 tbsp flour
- 50 g (1.7 oz) butter
- 1-2 dl (4-6 fl oz) grated cheese
- Salt and pepper
- Warm butter in a sauce pan over low heat. Add flour and mix.
- Add 1 dl of milk very slowly, stirring constantly.
- Spread butter on a bakeware.
- Put a layer of white sauce.
- Put lasagna.
- Add spinach.
- Add smoked salmon.
- Repeat the layers a couple of times and finally put cheese.
- Put in oven 200 ° C (392 °F) for about 30 minutes.
- Done!
If you use fresh lasagna noodles, use milk less.
