Paella
- 2 cloves garlic (pressed)
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 1.5 cups rice (wash and drain, leave it until dry)
- 1 tomato (sliced)
- 1 red or/and paprika (sliced)

Shake Chahan (Japanese Fried Rice with Salmon)
- 200 g (7 oz) grilled salmon (Crushed. Warm it with micro if it is cold)
- 2-3 eggs
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp ginger (Chopped)
Midye Dolma (Turkish Stuffed Mussels)
- 24 large mussels (cleaned)
- 1/2 cup rice
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion (chopped)

Shiro Gohan (White Rice)
- 2 cups Japanese rice or round rice
- 2 cups water to soak
- 1. Wash the rice in cold water, change to fresh water a couple of times and soak it for at least 30 minutes.
Bibimbap (Korean Mixed Rice)
- 500 g (1 lb) steamed rice
- 500 g (1 lb) beef (thinly sliced and cut in piece)
- 1 tbsp oil
- 2 cloves garlic (shred)
Chirashi Zushi (ちらし寿司 Scattered sushi)
- Sushi rice
- Kinshi Tamago
- Toppings(salmon, tuna, roe, avocado, Nori, Gari-ginger etc)
- Soy sauce, Wasabi
