Pasta with Spinach and Dried Tomatoes

Pasta with Broccoli and Parmesan
- 200 g (7 oz) dry pasta
- 200 g (7 oz) broccoli
- 2-3 tbsp parmesan cheese (shredd)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Prawn Tomato Pasta
- 250 g (9 oz) fresh pasta
- 200 g (7 oz) prawn
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic (presssed)
- 1 hot chili pepper (chopped)
- 1 small onion (chopped)

Pasta with Chickpea Paste
- 200 g (7 oz) chickpeas
- 1 cube bouillon
- 400 ml (14 fl oz) water
- 1/4 onion (chopped)
- 1/4 carrot(chopped)
- 1/4 celery (chopped)
Rucola Pesto
- 80-100 g (3 oz) Rucola (rocket) leaves
- 50-70 g (2 oz) walnuts
- 2 cloves garlic (shred)
- 80 g (2.8 oz) Parmesan or Grana padano
Ravioli with Artichoke Pesto
- 250 g (1/2 lb) fresh ravioli
- 250 g (1/2 lb) ricotta
- 2-3 tbsp artichoke pesto
- 2-3 tbsp milk or cream
- Boil ravioli.
- In a meanwhile, warm all other ingredients in law heat in a milk pan. Do not boile.
- Mix ravioli and sauce. Sprinkke chopped parsley on the top.
Salmon Carpaccio
- 500 g (1 lb) salmon (sliced)
- 1/2 onion (finely chopped)
- 2 dl (6.6 fl oz) white wine
- 1/2 (1.6 fl oz) dl whipping cream
- 25 g (0.9 oz) butter
- Salt and papper
Lumaconi
- 200 g (7 oz) Lumaconi or any pasta for filling
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1-2 pcs garlic (finely chopped)
- 1 chili (finely chopped)
- 400 g (14 oz) minced meat (chicken recommend)
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 2-3 tbsp parsley or fresh bazil (finely chopped)
Lasagna with Smoked Salmon and Spinach
- Lasagna noodles
- 400-500 g (14-17 oz) frozen spinach
- 200 g (7 oz) smoked salmon (sliced)
- 1 liter milk
- 3-4 tbsp flour
- 50 g (1.7 oz) butter
- 1-2 dl (4-6 fl oz) grated cheese
- Salt and pepper
