- 2 avocados
- 1/2 red onion (chopped)

- *** 1 tbsp red balsamic vinegar
- *** 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- *** Freshly ground pepper and salt
- (Optional toppings) Chopped chili, parsley, coriander
Blend *** with mixer, pour the liquid over chopped onion and mix with a spoon. Divide the avocado in 2 halves, remove seed. Portion out the vinegrette into the avocado halves. Pour desired topping over the avocado.
