- 200 g (7 oz) bananas (chopped)
- 50 g (1.7 oz) chocolate (crushed)
- 1 tbsp rum
- 140 g (5 oz) butter
- 100g (3.5 oz) brown sugar
- 3 egg yolk
- 2 tbsp yogurt
- 200 g (7 oz) flour
- 1.5 tsp baking powder
- 2 egg white
- 50 g (1.7 oz) sugar
- 1 tsp flour for form
- 1 tsp butter for form
- 1. Banana for cake is better to be with some black dots.
- 2. Marinate raisin in 1 tbsp rum, banana in 1 tbsp rum. Leave butter in room temperature.
- 3. Sift flour and baking powder. Spread 1 tsp butter on the form and sift 1 tsp flour on it.
- 4. Preheat oven in 180 ℃ (356 F). Mix butter and brown sugar until white. Add egg yolk slowly and add yogurt as well.
- 5. Add 1/3 flour and mix. Add banana, chocolate and raisin.
- 6. Whip sugar and egg white until meringue. in another bowl.
- 7. Add 1/2 meringue to banana mixture and mix. Add the rest of flour and mix, add the rest of meringue.
- 8. Put it in the form and bake it for 60 minutes.
- 9. Leave it until cool.
