  • 200 g (7 oz) bananas (chopped)
  • 50 g (1.7 oz) chocolate (crushed)
  • 1 tbsp rum
  • 140 g (5 oz) butter

  • 100g (3.5 oz) brown sugar
  • 3 egg yolk
  • 2 tbsp yogurt
  • 200 g (7 oz) flour
  • 1.5 tsp baking powder
  • 2 egg white
  • 50 g (1.7 oz) sugar
  • 1 tsp flour for form
  • 1 tsp butter for form
