Caramel Banana Muffin

  • 30 g (1 oz) sugar for caramel
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 banana (90 g / 3 oz)
  • 50 g (1.7oz) butter (in room temperature)

  • 40 g (1.4 oz) sugar for muffin
  • 1 egg
  • 80 g (2.8 oz) flour (shifted with baking powder)
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 40 ml (1.3 fl oz) milk
