Crab Pie

  • 200 g (7 oz) crab meat
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 garlic clove (minced)

  • 1-2 tbsp white wine
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 ml (5 fl oz) milk
  • 60 g (2 oz) cheese (Parmesan or Grana padano)
  • 2 tbsp dill or parsley (chopped)
  • Salt and pepper
  • Frozen pie sheet (unfreeze in room temperature)
