- 200 g (7 oz) crab meat
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small onion (finely chopped)
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- 1-2 tbsp white wine
- 2 eggs
- 150 ml (5 fl oz) milk
- 60 g (2 oz) cheese (Parmesan or Grana padano)
- 2 tbsp dill or parsley (chopped)
- Salt and pepper
- Frozen pie sheet (unfreeze in room temperature)
- 1. Fry onion and garlic in olive oil until transparent, add wine and cook until most of the wine has evaporated. Leave it until it gets colder.
- 2. In a bowl whisk eggs and add milk. Add #1, crab meat, cheese, parsley/dill, salt and pepper and mix.
- Put an oven sheet on a pie form and spread pie sheets. Add #2 and put it in oven 190 °C (374 °F) for 25-30 minutes.
- Leave the pie for 10 minutes and remove the pie sheet if it is enough hard.
