  • 200 g (7 oz) smoked salmon (cut in pieces)
  • 20 g (0.7 oz) butter
  • 25 g (0.9 oz) flour
  • 400 ml (14 fl oz) milk
  • Salt and pepper

  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Dill to sprinkle
