- 250 g (1/2 lb) fresh pasta or 200 g (7 oz) dry pasta
- 200 g (7 oz) smoked salmon (cut in pieces)
- 20 g (0.7 oz) butter
- 25 g (0.9 oz) flour
- 400 ml (14 fl oz) milk
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Dill to sprinkle
- 1. Boil pasta in a big pan. In a meanwhile warm butter and flour in a pan.
- 2. Stop heating and add 2 tbsp milk and mix. Put law heat back and add some more milk and mix.
- 3. Continue adding milk. Boil for 3 minutes and add salt and pepper. Mix lemon juice and salmon and add half of salmon to the white sauce.
- 4. Put the pasta on a plate, add the white sauce. Put the rest of salmon and sprinkle dill on the top.
