Sockerkaka (Swedish sugar cake)

    • 3 egg
    • 3 dl (10 fl oz) sugar
    • 2 tsp vanilla sugar
    • 2 tsp baking powder
    • 75 g (2.6 oz) margarine or butter

  • 1 dl water
  • 3 dl (10 fl oz) flour
  • Some breadcrumb and butter for the form
  • Black: (2-3 tbsp cacao powder, 1 tbsp vanilla sugar)
  • White: (1/2 dl (1.7 fl oz) Cointrau)

 

For the cakes in the images we used one set of ingredients per cake.
