The ingredients is same with Boiled Wonton Dumpling but I recommend to use minced pork. Form the dumpling, same way with STEAM Boiled Wonton Dumpling.
- Heat oil to about 170-180 °C (350 °F), same with to make fried chicken. If you put chopsticks or spaghetti, some bubbles will come out.
- Fry the dumplings for a couple of minutes, until they become golden color.
- Done! If you fell it is raw inside, just put them in micro wave for 1-2 minutes.
- If you have too many pastries, just fry themselves and eat as snack.
