- 15-20 green asparagus (cut off the hard edge)
- 1 tbsp butter or olive oil
- 1 clove garlic (chopped)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- Black pepper
Strongly recommended to use garlic soy.
- Preheat frying pan and put butter or olive oil.
- Add garlic and fry.
- Add asparagus and fry for 1-2 minutes.
- Add soy sauce and black pepper.
