- 500 g (1 lb) fillet of cod
- Salt water (1l water and 1/2 dl salt)
- 25 g (0.9 oz) butter
- 1-2 tsp horseradish (shredded)
- Marinate cod in salt water for 30 minutes
- Rince it in fresh water.
- Put some olive oil in a glass form.
- Put in the cod, add some pepper and turn it in the oil a few times.
- Put it in oven in 200 °C (392 °F) for 20-25 minutes
- Melt butter in a small pan and warm untill it melts and add horseradish.
You can make with other fish like panga, pollock, flounder. You need less time in oven.
