- 10 Jalapeño
- 100 g (3.5 oz) Philadelphia cheese
- 100 g (3.5 oz) cheddar cheese (grated)
- 1 dl (3.3 fl oz) flour
- 1 dl (3.3 fl oz) milk
- 2 dl (6.7 fl oz) breadcrumb
- Mix Philadelphia cheese and cheddar cheese. You can add garlic powder as well.
- Cut japaleno in two pieces.
- Fill jalapeno with cheese mixture. If you have some cheese left, make balls with them.
- Dip jalapano in milk, letting excess drip off, then coat with flour.
- Dip them in milk again, letting excess drip off, then coat with breadcrumb.
- Deep fry them only a short while, as soon as they start to turn darker, take them out. Otherwise the cheese will leak out.
- Done!
