- 4 chicken fillet (cut in 4-5 pieces)
- 2 limes
- 1 tsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic (shred)
- 2 dl (6 fl oz) half cream (25 %)
- 1 tsp honey
- Salt & pepper
- 1. Preheat frying pan and steak chicken with butter.
- 2. Zest limes and shred the garlic. Squeeze the limes and mix the zest and garlic with the juice.
- 3. Pour the lime & garlic mixture over the chicken. Add cream, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, and add the honey.
- 4. Done
