300 g (1 oz) fillet of marlin
Salt & pepper
1 tsp olive oil
1 clove glove (pressed)
Put salt & pepper on the fillet of marlin.
Preheat frying pan and add olive oil and garlic.
When garlic smells well, remove it and steak marlin.
