Marlin Steak

  • 300 g (1 oz) fillet of marlin
  • Salt & pepper
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 clove glove (pressed)

  1. Put salt & pepper on the fillet of marlin.
  2. Preheat frying pan and add olive oil and garlic.
  3. When garlic smells well, remove it and steak marlin.
