- 5-7 potatoes (Peeled)
- 1 tbsp butter
- 3 tbsp milk or cream
- Dill or chive
- 1 l (30 fl oz) water
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1. Boil potatoes with salt and water about 20 minutes. If you want to make it quickly, cut the potatoes before boiling.
- 2. When the potatoes are cooked, drain them and mash.
- 3. Add butter and milk. Mix it until smooth.
- 4. Sprinkle dill or chive.
