- 100 g (3.5 oz) flour
- 5 g (0.17 oz) Matcha (green tea powder)
- 2.5 g (0.1 oz) baking powder
- 65 g (2.3 oz) butter (room temperature)
- 60 g (2 oz) butter
- 60 g (2 oz) sugar
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 20 ml (0.7 fl oz) milk
- 30 g (1 oz) white chocolate
- 1. Sift flour, baking powder and Matcha 3 times.
- 2. Put white chocolate and milk in a bowl and put the bowl in another bowl with boiled water until the chocolate melt (bain-marie).
- 3. Whip butter and sugar untilwhite. In the meanwhile preheat oven (170 °C /338 °F).
- 4. Add egg and continue whipping.
- 5. Add 1/2 of flour-mixture and mix with spatula, add 1/2 of egg-mixture and continue mixing. Repeat it with the rest.
- 6. Put it in 2-4 muffin cups and put them in oven for 25-30 minutes.
