- 1. Mix flour and 1/2 water. Add the rest of water in a couple times until as soft as earlobe. Put it in refrigerator for an hour.
- 2. In the meanwhile you can make the filling. Mix * and put in refrigerator for 15 minutes.
- 3. In the meanwhile make dip sauce. Fry onion with sesame oil until soft and add tomato. When the tomato is soft, add **. Mix it in mixer and add salt.
- 4. Make thinly rolled circles of dough, cut them and form balls about 12 g (0.4 oz) each. It wil be 50-60 balls. Surface with oil and roll them into disks.
- 5. Place 1-2 tsp of filling on the dough and form like the image. Steam boil them for 10 minutes until yellow.
