- 200 g (7 oz) mung bean sprouts
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp soy sauce or 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp roasted sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp spring onions (optional, chopped)
- Boil mung bean sprouts with boiled water for 10 seconds and drain.
- Mix the sprouts, chili powder, soy sauce.
- Add sesame oil and sprinkle sesame seeds and onions.
