1 kg (2 lb) small young potatoes
1 L (34 fl oz) water
250 g (9 oz) salt
Mix water and salt in a pan and add potatoes and boil.
When it start boiling, continue for 15 minutes.
Drain it.
Dry on the stove for a few minutes, shake from time to time.
