Papas Arrugadas (Canarian Salt Wrinkled Potatoes)

Canarian Salt Wrinkled Potatoes

  • 1 kg (2 lb) small young potatoes
  • 1 L (34 fl oz) water
  • 250 g (9 oz) salt

  1. Mix water and salt in a pan and add potatoes and boil.
  2. When it start boiling, continue for 15 minutes.
  3. Drain it.
  4. Dry on the stove for a few minutes, shake from time to time.
