Pickled Radishes

  • 100 g (3.5 oz) radishes (cut in 2-4)
  • 100 ml (3 fl oz) vinegar
  • 100 ml (3 fl oz) water
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 bay leaf

  1. Boil vinegar, water, sugar, salt and bay leaf and leave it cold.
  2. In the meanwhile sterilize a jar by boiling.
  3. Put radish and the vinegar mix in the jar.
  4. It will be ready in 2-3 days.
