- 100 g (3.5 oz) radishes (cut in 2-4)
- 100 ml (3 fl oz) vinegar
- 100 ml (3 fl oz) water
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 bay leaf
- Boil vinegar, water, sugar, salt and bay leaf and leave it cold.
- In the meanwhile sterilize a jar by boiling.
- Put radish and the vinegar mix in the jar.
- It will be ready in 2-3 days.
