Pineapple and Banana Cake
- 2 bananas
- 10 slices of canned pineapple
- * 1 tsp sugar
- * 1 tsp butter (in room temperature)
- * 2 tbsp flour
- 80 g (2.8 oz) flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 120 g (4.2 oz) butter (in room temperature)
- 120 g (4.2 oz) sugar
- 2 eggs
- Mix * with a folk and put in refrigerator.
- Slice the banana and put 1 tbsp sugar.
- Drain pineapple and cut in pieces.
- Mix flour and baking powder and sift a couple of times.
- Put the butter in a bowl and mix whip it until soft.
- Add sugar and continue whipping until smooth.
- Add the eggs and continue whipping until creamy.
- Add flour mixture and mix it by a spatula.
- Preheat oven in 170 °C (338 °F).
- Put oven sheet on a pie form.
- Spread half of the dough.
- Put half of the fruits.
- Spread the rest of the dough.
- Put the rest of the fruits.
- Sprinkle * on the top.
- Put it in oven for 40-50 minutes.
