Prawn Tomato Pasta

prawn tomato pasta

  • 250 g (9 oz) fresh pasta
  • 200 g (7 oz) prawn
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic (presssed)
  • 1 hot chili pepper (chopped)
  • 1 small onion (chopped)

  • 1/3 carrot (shredded)
  • 2 tbsp white wine
  • 2-3 tomatoes (chopped)
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Fry garlic with olive oil.
  2. Put the prawn and steak until sealed.
  3. Add onion, carrot and chili pepper.
  4. Start boiling the pasta.
  5. Add white wine and tomato and continue boiling until the pasta ready.
