- 250 g (9 oz) fresh pasta
- 200 g (7 oz) prawn
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic (presssed)
- 1 hot chili pepper (chopped)
- 1 small onion (chopped)
- 1/3 carrot (shredded)
- 2 tbsp white wine
- 2-3 tomatoes (chopped)
- Salt and pepper
- Fry garlic with olive oil.
- Put the prawn and steak until sealed.
- Add onion, carrot and chili pepper.
- Start boiling the pasta.
- Add white wine and tomato and continue boiling until the pasta ready.
