- 500 g (1 lb) sauerkraut
- 200 g (7 oz) meat (sausage, bacon or chicken. cut in pieces)
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 clove garlic (shred)
- 1 onion (chopped)
- Vegetable (carrot, popato, boiled chicken peas, celery, mushroom, tomato etc. Chopped)
- 1 l (34 fl oz) water
- 1-2 cubes bouillon
- Fry garlic with oil.
- Add meat and continue frying until the meat sealed.
- Add vegetable and sauerkraut,fry for 5 minutes.
- Add water and bouillon and continue cooking for 30 minutes.
