Shake Chahan (Japanese Fried Rice with Salmon)


  • 2-3 garlic (Chopped, soy marinated recommended)
  • 2-3 cups white rice (Warm with micro if it is cold)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce (garlic soy sauce recommended)
  • Black pepper
  • 2 tbsp green peas or/and corn (Warm with micro if it is cold)
