- 200 g (7 oz) grilled salmon (Crushed. Warm it with micro if it is cold)
- 2-3 eggs
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp ginger (Chopped)
- 2-3 garlic (Chopped, soy marinated recommended)
- 2-3 cups white rice (Warm with micro if it is cold)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce (garlic soy sauce recommended)
- Black pepper
- 2 tbsp green peas or/and corn (Warm with micro if it is cold)
- 1. Preheat frying pan, add 1/2 oil. When the oil is very warm, beat eggs and add, make scramble eggs. Move the egg to a plate.
- 2. Heat the pan again, add the rest of oil, fry garlic, ginger and leek.
- 3. Add salmon and continue frying.
- 4. Add rice and mix carefully. Add the rest of ingredients and mix.
