- 200-250 g (8-9 oz) shrimp (cut in pieces)
- 1/4 red onion (finely chopped)
- 50 ml sour cream
- 50 ml mayonnaise
- Few drops lemon juice
- 1 tsp Cognac
- Salt & pepper
- 1 tbsp dill (chopped)
