Yaki Onigiri (Grilled Rice Ball)

  1. Mix soy sauce, sake and dashi.
  2. If the rice is cold, warm it with microwave.
  3. Add soy sauce mixture and mix.
  4. Divide in 4 and form into circle or triangle shape.
  5. Preheat non stick frying pan and steak both side of the rice balls until crispy.
