- 2 cups Shiro Gohan (white rice)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sake
- 1 pinch Dashi powder (optional)
- Mix soy sauce, sake and dashi.
- If the rice is cold, warm it with microwave.
- Add soy sauce mixture and mix.
- Divide in 4 and form into circle or triangle shape.
- Preheat non stick frying pan and steak both side of the rice balls until crispy.
