Yam Nua Yang (Spicy Thai Grilled Beef Salad)
- 300 g (10 oz) beef
- 1 clove garlic (shred)
- 1 tsp ginger (shred)
- 1 fresh hot red chili (removed seed, sliced)
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1/4 tsp grated lime peel
- 2 lime juice
- 1/2 cucumber (cut in sticks)
- Some leaves of lettuce (sliced)
- 1 tomato (sliced)
- 1/2 red paprika
- Herbs (mint, coriander, that basil) to garnish
- Grill or steak beef.
- Slice the beef and marinate with garlic, ginger, chili, fish sauce and lime.
- mix with vegetable.
