Green Peas Puree

  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 200 g (7 oz) frozen green peas
  • 1 dl (3.3 fl oz) white wine for the onion
  • 2 l (67 fl oz) boiled water for boiling green peas
  • 1 dl (3.3 fl oz) olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic (chopped)
