- 1 onion (chopped)
- 200 g (7 oz) frozen green peas
- 1 dl (3.3 fl oz) white wine for the onion
- 2 l (67 fl oz) boiled water for boiling green peas
- 1 dl (3.3 fl oz) olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic (chopped)
- 1. Heat garlic and onion with olive oil until the garlic becomes translucent.
- 2. Add white wine and keep boiling on low heat for 5 minutes.
- 3. Boil the green peas and drain water.
- 4. Mix all of them in mixer.
